DUI 1st – Conviction carries varying degrees
of penalties

you must attend
ADSAP,
pay increased rates on SR-22 Insurance and suffer a 6-month Driver’s License
Suspension.

BAC proven by the State. One final note is that in each circumstance the
statute allows the Judge to offer community service employment in lieu of
the minimum jail time.
